Support for XP & Server 2003
We want to let all customers know that we will be retiring support for Windows XP and Server 2003 in all of our managed services offerings, including but not limited to managed anti-virus, and health checks, patch managmenet, monitoring, etc.
As you know, Microsoft officially ended support for these operating systems many years ago.
We have continued to offer managed services during this time, as we appreciate some clients may have embedded systems that cannot easily be upgraded.
We have now reached the point where it’s no longer possible to support these legacy operating systems.
Beginning October 1, 2021, we can no longer guarantee any support for those operating systems. Windows XP and Server 2003 devices may no longer connect to managed services, and may start reporting they are offline, or cannot be updated, backed up, monitored, protected, etc.
We strongly encourage you to fully replace these devices.
